fa یافته های آنژیوگرافی در آنوریسم داخل جمجمه ای، بیمارستان امام، 79-1374 <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>مقدمه</strong>: باتوجه به شیوع خونریزی های زیرعنکبوتیه و بروز آنوریسم های مغزی و تاثیر عوامل و فاکتورهای نژادی، جغرافیای و محیطی بر آن، این مطالعه جهت تعیین فراوانی یافته های آنژیوگرافی در بیماران با آنوریسم مغزی انجام شد. </font></p><p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>مواد و روش ها</strong>: 136 بیمار با آنوریسم مغزی طی سال های 79-1374 که دچار خونریزی زیرعنکبوتیه شده و تحت آنژیوگرافی عروق مغزی قرار گرفته بودند تحت بررسی قرار گرفتند.          </font></p><p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif"><strong>یافته ها، نتیجه گیری و توصیه ها</strong>: 58% بیماران مرد و 42% آنها زن و میانگین سنی بیماران 46 سال بود. 89% آنوریسم ها در سیرکولاسیون قدامی و 11% در سیرکولاسیون خلفی مغز بود. شایعترین محل آنوریسم در هر دو جنس شریان رابط قدامی بود. 9.6% بیماران دو آنوریسم و 5.5% آنوریسم های ساکولر کشف شده ژانت بودند. 3% بیماران دارای آنوریسم فوزیفرم بودند. پایین تر بودن میانگین سنی بیماران، شیوع بیشتر در آقایان و پراکندگی بیشتر آنوریسم ها در بیفورکاسیون شریان های کاروتید و مغزی میانی و در شاخه های انتهایی شریان های مغزی قدامی و شیوع بیشتر آنوریسم رابط قدامی در خانم ها، تفاوت های این بررسی را با سایر آمارها نشان داد. </font></p> <p><strong>Background</strong>: This investigation was conducted in order to study angiographic findings in patients with cerebral aneurysm. </p><p><strong>Materials and Methods</strong>: The study conducted on 136 cases of ruptured cerebral aneurysms between 1995-2000 confirmed by means of 4-vessel cerebral angiography to get an insight to racial, geographic and environmental factors predisposing to the occurrence of subarachnoid hemorrhage and aneurysm formation. Results: The data analysis revealed the following </p><p><strong>Results</strong>: 58% of the population comprised of male and 42% female with a mean age of 46 years. 89% of the aneurysms were found in the anterior circulation and 11% occurred in the posterior cerebral circulation.
