other بررسی نتایج احیای قلبی-ریوی و عوامل موثر بر آن با تاکید بر علت ایست قلبی و پروگنوز یک ساله بیماران نجات یافته Examining the results of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and its influencing factors with emphasis on the cause of cardiac arrest and 1-year prognosis of rescued patients مقاله اصیل Original Article زمینه و هدف: احیای قلبی ریوی به‌عنوان یک مداخله‌ای سریع و فوری در جلوگیری از مرگ در فردی است که به‌طور ناگهانی دچار ایست قلبی-تنفسی شده است، این مطالعه با هدف بررسی نتایج احیای قلبی ریوی و عوامل موثر بر آن با تاکید بر علت ایست قلبی و پروگنوز یک ساله بیماران نجات یافته انجام خواهد شد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی- تحلیلی گذشته‌نگر است که به‌مدت 24 ماه، از اول فروردین 1397 تا پایان اسفند ۱۳۹8 در بیمارستان شهید مصطفی خمینی شهر ایلام در تیر 1401 تا شهریور 1401 انجام شد. اطلاعات لازم براساس داده‌های موجود در پرونده‌های بیماران جمع‌آوری گردید. یافته‌ها: از 152 بیمار، (1/42%)64 مرد و (9/57%)88 زن بودند. میانگین در گروهی که CPR موفق داشتند 75/60 سال و در گروهی که CPR ناموفق داشتند 27/68 سال بوده است. 7/13% کل CPRها در زمان تعویض شیفت رخ داده بود، تعداد CPR در تعویض شیفت شب با صبح 11 مورد (2/7%) و در تعویض شیفت عصر با شب شش مورد (9/3%) و تعویض شیفت عصر با شب چهار مورد (6/2%) بوده است. بیشترین بیمارانی که تحت CPR قرار گرفتند بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های داخلی بودند. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج بیانگر این است که انجام CPR در هر زمانی مورد توجه قرار می‌گیرد. با این وجود دلایل عدم موفقیت عملیات احیا را بایستی در عوامل دیگر جستجو کرد. این عوامل می‌توانند شامل روزآمد کردن دانش پرستاری و پزشکی در زمینه تیم احیا، تجره و مهارت تیم احیا، آموزش‌های ادواری تیم احیا باشند.   <div>Background: Cardiopulmonary resuscitation is a quick and immediate intervention to prevent death in a person who has suddenly suffered cardiorespiratory arrest. This study aims to investigate the results of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the factors affecting it with emphasis on the cause of cardiac arrest and 1-year prognosis of the saved patients. Methods: Materials and methods: This research is a retrospective descriptive-analytical study that was conducted for 24 months, from April 1, 2017 to the end of March 2018, in Shahid Mostafa Khomeini Hospital in Ilam, from July 2022 to September 2022. The necessary information was collected based on the data available in the patients' files. Data analysis was done using SPSS24 software.</div> <div> <table align="center" hspace="0" vspace="0"> <tbody> <tr> <td align="left" style="padding-top:0in; padding-right:12px; padding-bottom:0in; padding-left:12px" valign="top"> <div>Results: Out of 152 patients, 64(42.1%) were men and 88(57.9%) were women. The average in the group that had a successful CPR was 60.75 years and in the group that had an unsuccessful CPR was 68.27 years. 13.7% of all CPRs occurred during shift change. The number of CPR was 11 cases (7.2%) in changing night shift to morning, six cases (3.9%) in changing evening shift to night, and four cases (2.6%) in changing evening to night shift. Most of the patients who underwent CPR were patients with internal diseases. Conclusion: In this study, the final success rate of CPR was close to other studies. These results indicate that performing CPR is considered at any time. However, the reasons for the failure of the rehabilitation operation should be looked for in other factors.
