fa مطالعه عملکرد نوتروفیل ها در بیماران دیابتیک نوع اول به کمک روش کمی لومینسانس <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">از آنجا که ابتلا به عفونت یکی از عوامل مهم مرگ و میر در بیماران دیابتی است و گفته می شود میزان حساسیت به عفونت در این بیماران با کنترل قند آنان ارتباط دارد، برآن شدیم عملکرد لکوسیت های بیماران مبتلا به دیابت ملیتوس وابسته به انسولین را در دو گروه قند خون کنترل شده و کنترل نشده در سنین 7 تا 25 سال در پاسخ به یک محرک (فوربول مریستات استات یا PMA) و یک محرک ذره ای (مخمر اپسونیزه) به کمک روش کمی لومینسانس مورد بررسی قرار دهیم. وقتی که از PMA بعنوان محرک استفاده گردید، اختلاف معنی داری بین دو گروه آزمایش با گروه شاهد مشاهده نگردید، با این حال اختلاف بین دو گروه بیماران کنترل شده و کنترل نشده معنی دار بود (P<0.05). همچنین با استفاده از مخمر اپسونیزه بعنوان محرک بین گروه های آزمایش و شاهد اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده نگردید، با این وجود میزان کمی لومینسانس در گروه بیماران کنترل شده کاهش نشان داد.</font></p> Infection is one of the important causes of morbidity and mortality in diabetic patients. It has been reported that poorly controlled patients are more susceptible to infection, hence we examined the chemiluminescence of leukocytes from Insulin dependent diabetic patients in response to a soluble (Phorbol meristate acetate) and particular stimulus (Opsonized zymosan). The patients were divided into 2 separate groups, only controlled and well controlled, in regard to their blood glucose. Using PMA as a stimulus leukocytes from both groups, patients showed no significant difference comparing with healthy controls, but that of the 2 groups of patients were significantly different (P<0.05). When opsonized zymosan was used as the stimulus, no statistically significant difference was observed between all of the coupled groups.
