fa بررسی یکساله بیماران پسوریازیس بستری در بخش پوست بیمارستان رازی و درمان آنها <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">در دوره یک ساله 72-71، از بین بیماران بستری در بخش پوست بیمارستان رازی، 77 بیمار (19%) مبتلا به پسوریازیس بوده اند. در بین بیماران پسوریازیسی، میانگین سن، 32/8 سال، میانگین سن هنگام آغاز بیماری، 24/5 سال و اوج شیوع سنی آغاز بیماری، 20-11 سالگی بوده است. در این بیماران، 22 نفر (29%) دارای سابقه قبلی بستری، 10 نفر (14%) دارای سابقه خانوادگی مثبت بودند و از بین این افراد، در 7 نفر (70%)، آغاز بیماری پیش از سن 20 سالگی بوده است. درگیری اعضای مختلف بدن بیماران به این شرح است: سر: 68 نفر (88%)، ناخن ها: 41 نفر (53%)، مفاصل (آرتریت): 8 نفر (10%)، همراه بودن پسوریازیس با زبان اسکروتال 13 نفر (11%) و زبان جغرافیایی 8 نفر (10%). بیشترین داروهای استفاده شده جهت درمان تیگازون در 41 نفر (34%) و دیترانول در 26 نفر (22%) بوده است. میانگین زمان بستری 39/3 روز بوده است. اکثر بیماران با شرایط خوب از بیمارستان ترخیص شده اند و در 9% بیماران، طی دوره مذکور، عود دیده شده است. </font></p> During one year survey, 77 psoriatic patients were hospitalized in the dermatology department of Razi Hospital. This comprised 19% of admitted patients in this period. 29% (n=22) of psoriatic patients had previous history of hospitalization. On admission, the mean age of patients was 32.8 years, the mean and peak age of disease onset were 26.46 and between 11-20 years, respectively. 14% (n=10) of the patients had a family history of psoriasis and 70% (n=7) of those with a positive family history had their age of onset under 20 years. Involvement of different regions was as follows: Scalp: 88% (n=68), nails: 53% (n=41) and joints (arthritis): 10% (n=8). Psoriasis was associated with scrotal tongue in 19% (n=13) and with geographic tongue in 10% (n=8) of patients. Regarding the medical treatment, the drugs which were used most frequently were tigason in 34% (n=41) and ditranol in 22% (n=26) of the cases. The mean duration of hospitalization was 39.29 days and most patients were discharged from the hospital in a good condition without any serious complication.
