fa مقایسه اثر کرایوتراپی و تزریق موضعی گلوکانتیم در درمان لیشمانیوز پوستی <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">لیشمانیوز پوستی یک بیماری آندمیک در بسیاری از کشورها از جمله ایران است. سازمان بهداشت جهانی "WHO" تخمین زده که سالانه حدود 400/000 مورد جدید در سرتاسر دنیا ایجاد می شود. بیماری توسط چند گونه از تیره لشمانیاها ایجاد می شود. روشهای درمانی این بیماری را می توان به دو گروه روشهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی تقسیم بندی نمود. کرایوتراپی جزو روشهای فیزیکی و گلوکانتیم تراپی جزو روشهای شیمیایی به حساب می آیند. در این مطالعه کرایوتراپی با تزریق گلوکانتیم به داخل ضایعه مقایسه شده است. در گروه اول 35 بیمار با کرایوتراپی درمان شدند و نتیجه بهبودی 91/4% بوده است. در گروه دوم 30 بیمار با تزریق گلوکانتیم به داخل ضایعه درمان شدند که نتیجه بهبودی 63/33% بوده است. مقایسه ایندو روش نشان داد که اثر درمانی کرایوتراپی بهتر از تزریق موضعی گلوکانتیم است (P=0.003).</font></p> The World Health Organization estimates that approximately 400.000 new cases of Leishmaniasis occur worldwide each year. Cutaneous Leishmaniasis is an endemic disease in Iran. CL is caused by several species of Leishmania. Physical and Chemical Modalities have been used to treatment of cutaneous Leishmaniasis. Cryotherapy is a physical and interalesional glucantime is a chemical modality. In this study cryotherapy and interalesional glucantime were compared. In the first group 35 patients treated with cryotherapy. 91.4% had complete cure both clinical and parasitological. In the second group 30 patients treated with interalesional glucantime. 63.33% had complete cure both clinical and parasitological. Results: Our study show that cryotherapy is better than interalesional glucantime in treatment of CL (P=0.003).
