fa مطالعه برخی عوامل فرصت طلب در معتادان تزریقی <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">88 بیمار مبتلا به مواد مخدر از نظر حضور HBsAg و HBeAg آنتی HBC، آنتی HIV، سیفیلیس و آنتی بادی ضد توکسوپلاسما مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. 48 نفر از افراد فوق، مرد و 40 نفر از آنها زن بودند. دامنه سن افراد فوق بین 19 تا 49 سال و مدت ابتلا به اعتیاد در آنها بین 6 ماه تا 30 سال بوده است. نتایج نشان می دهد که 5.6% از افراد دارای HBsAg در سرم خود و 40.9% از آنها دارای آنتی بادی ضد HBe بودند. همه آنها فاقد آنتی بادی ضد HIV بودند. 17% از مبتلایان دارای تست FTA abs مثبت بوده و 37.2% از آنها دارای آنتی بادی ضد توکسوپلاسما بودند. بنابراین می توان گفت که مبتلایان به مواد مخدر می توانند به برخی بیماری های فرصت طلب مثل هپاتیت و توکسوپلاسموز مبتلا بشوند. بنابراین کنترل بهداشتی این بیماری دارای اهمیت زیادی است زیرا بدینوسیله می توان شیوع بیماری های مذکور را در آنها کاهش داد.</font></p> 88 patients with drug addition were evaluated for HBsAg, HBeAg, anti-HBC, anti HIV syphlisis and anti-toxoplasma antibodies. 48 of them were male and 40 were female. The range of their ages was between 19 to 49 years and their addiction time were between 6 month to 30 years. The results show that 5.6% of the patients have HBsAg in their blood serum and 40.9% of them have anti-HBe antibodies. All of them lacked anti-HIV antibodies. 17% of patients were positive on FTAabs test and 37.2% of them have anti-toxoplasma antibodies.
