fa تاثیر تزریقات مکرر خون بر میزان ایمونوگلوبولین ها و اجزای کمپلمان در بیماران مبتلا به تالاسمی ماژور <p dir="rtl" align="right"><font face="tahoma,arial,helvetica,sans-serif">مبتلایان به بتا تالاسمی ماژور برای جبران کم خونی بطور مرتب خون، و برای حذف آهن اضافی دسفرال دریافت می نمایند. مقایسه ایمونوگلوبولین و کمپلمان در سرم این بیماران با طیف طبیعی نشان دهنده افزایش معنی دار IgA و IgG و IgM با (P<0.001) و کاهش C3 و C4 است. آنالیز رگرسیون موید وجود همبستگی بین تعداد دفعات تزریق خون و فاکتورهای ایمونولوژیکی مذکور است یعنی با بالا رفتن تعداد دفعات تزریق، ایمونوگلوبولین ها افزایش و کمپلمان کاهش می یابد همچنین این بررسی نشان می دهد که استفاده از خون شسته شده و دریافت منظم دسفرال از افزایش فوق العاده ایمونوگلوبولین ها و یا کاهش کمپلمان جلوگیری بعمل می آورد.</font></p> <p>Beta Thalassemia major patients receive repeated transfusions in order to compensate anemia and use desferal to remove iron overload. Comparing immunoglobulins and complement components in the serum of these patients with normal range shows a significant increase (P<0.001) in IgG, IgA and IgM and a decrease in C3c and C4. The regression analysis confirms a relation between the numbers of transfusions and the mentioned immunological factors that means increasing the number of transfusions, increases immunoglobulins and decreases the complement.
