fa پایایی و روایی مقیاس بیمارستانی اضطراب و افسردگی (HADS): بیماران افسرده و اضطرابی ایرانی <b>زمینه و هدف: </b>جامعه پژوهشی روان‌شناسان و روان‌پزشکان ایران نیاز به ابزارهای سنجش معتبر و پایا دارد. هدف اصلی تحقیق حاضر هنجارسازی و اعتباریابی پرسش‎نامه‎های HADS در افراد افسرده و مضطرب در مقایسه با جمعیت بهنجار بود. <br><b>روش بررسی: </b>261 بیمار افسرده و مضطرب مراجعه‎کننده به بخش سرپایی بیمارستان روزبه و همچنین به<br>‎طور موازی 261 نفر از جمعیت عمومی (سالم) که از نظر جنسیت همتاسازی شده بودند، ‌در مطالعه شرکت داشتند. برای دست یافتن به ضریب روایی Validity، میزان اضطراب و افسردگی بیماران پس از مصاحبه بالینی بر اساس فهرست وارسی دی.اس.ام چهار توسط روان‌پزشک یا روان‌شناس براساس یک مقیاس (10-1) درجه‌بندی کمی شد. ارزیابان نسبت به نمرات حاصل از مقیاس‌ها بی‌خبر بودند. همچنین برای به دست آوردن یک معیار عینی و دخالت آن در ارزیابی روایی از دو آزمون موازی BDI و BAI استفاده گردید. افزون بر این، جهت سنجش پایایی آزمون- بازآزمون، 10% نمونه بالینی پس از سه روز به‌طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند و مورد ارزیابی مجدد قرار گرفتند. <br><b>یافته‌ها: </b>مقیاس HADS و زیر‌مقیاس‌های اضطراب و افسردگی دارای روایی، پایایی و هماهنگی درونی مناسبی هستند. در این مطالعه چند نوع روایی (صوری، محتوا، همزمان مبتنی بر معیار بیرونی، همگرا و تمایزی) ارزیابی شد. نقاط برش زیرمقیاس‌ها ارائه شدند. <br><b>نتیجه‌گیری:</b> نتایج نشان می‌دهد که HADS دارای اعتبار لازم برای کاربرد در جمعیت بالینی ایرانی را دارا است. نقاط برش ارائه‌شده در این مطالعه برای HADS، BDI و BAI با نمونه ارائه‌شده توسط مؤلفان آنها تفاوت‌هایی دارد که توضیح آن به لحاظ فرهنگی در قسمت بحث آمده است.<p></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE AR-SA MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 <!--stripped--><!--stripped--> <!--stripped--> <!--stripped--> <style> /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal" mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0 mso-tstyle-colband-size:0 mso-style-noshow:yes mso-style-priority:99 mso-style-qformat:yes mso-style-parent:"" mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt mso-para-margin:0cm mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt mso-pagination:widow-orphan font-size:11.0pt font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif" mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman" mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin mso-bidi-font-family:Arial mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi} </style> <!--stripped--> <strong>Background:</strong><strong> </strong>Iranian researchers and scientists in the fields of psychiatry and psychology undoubtedly need to spend more time and make considerable efforts to prepare and validate Persian versions of measurements. The present study was designed to validate HADS in Iranian clinically anxious and depressed patients compared to normal population.<br> <strong>Methods:</strong><strong> </strong>261 anxious and depressed patients referred to the inpatient clinic of Rouzbeh Psychiatric Hospital, Tehran, and 261 healthy volunteers (matched for their sex) were tested using HADS, and two additional clinical tools, ie., BDI & BAI. Then the patients were interviewed by a psychiatrist or a psychologist (using DSM IV checklist) and rated for their anxiety and depression severity levels based on a 10-point scale from 1 to 10. BDI and BAI were regarded as objective device providing other external criteria to examine validity further. Moreover, to assess reliability 10% of the patients (n= 27) were randomly selected and re-tested after three days.<br> <strong>Results:</strong><strong> </strong>Findings showed that all measures and their subscales proved to be valid and reliable with good internal consistencies in Iranian depressed and anxious patients. This study provides clinicians and researchers with Iranian cut-off points for HADS, BDI and BAI, to be used in their settings, to categorize the patients with different levels of psychopathology.<br><strong>Conclusion: </strong> The results support the use of all the measures and subscales examined in this study in clinical and research settings.
