fa تعویض مفصل زانو در بیماران مبتلا به آرتروز زانو: نتایج 34 مورد <p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-GB X-NONE AR-SA MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 <!--stripped--><!--stripped--> <!--stripped--> <!--stripped--> <style> /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal" mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0 mso-tstyle-colband-size:0 mso-style-noshow:yes mso-style-priority:99 mso-style-qformat:yes mso-style-parent:"" mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt mso-para-margin:0cm mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt mso-pagination:widow-orphan font-size:11.0pt font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif" mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman" mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin mso-bidi-font-family:Arial mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi} </style> <!--stripped--><strong>زمینه و هدف</strong>: آرتروز زانو یکی از بیماری‌های شایع و ناتوان‌کننده در سنین بالا می‌باشد. با توجه به این مطلب که   تعویض مفصل زانو درمان قطعی و نهایی این بیماری محسوب می‌شود در این مطالعه به بررسی نتایج کوتاه‌مدت این روش درمانی می‌پردازیم. <strong><br></strong></p><p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><strong>روش بررسی</strong>: در این مطالعه 34 بیمار با آرتروز زانو که در یک دوره پنج ساله 85-1380 به مرکز درمانی بیمارستان دکتر علی شریعتی مراجعه کرده بودند تحت عمل تعویض مفصل زانو قرار گرفتند. موارد مورد بررسی شامل سن و جنس بیماران، بررسی نتایج عمل با سیستم knee society knee score قبل و بعد از عمل، علت آتروز زانوی بیمار، نوع پروتز مورد استفاده و عوارض عمل جراحی بود. <strong><br></strong></p><p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><strong>یافته‌ها</strong>: بیماران مورد مطالعه شامل 20 زن و 14 مرد با میانگین سنی 37/67±25/5 سال و دامنه سنی 78-51 بودند. در 15 مورد عمل جراحی انجام شده تنها در زانوی سمت راست بیمار و در پنج مورد در زانوی سمت چپ بیمار و 14 مورد هر دو زانوی بیمار تحت عمل جراحی قرار گرفته‌‌ است. میانگین امتیاز عملکردی زانو functional score از 14/4±68/32 قبل از عمل 45-26 به 45/6±67/68 بعد از عمل 82-59 رسید و میانگین امتیاز زانو knee score  از 85/3±6/30 قبل از عمل 39-22 به 34/6±4/86 بعد از عمل 92-73 رسید. <br></p><p dir="rtl" style="text-align: justify"><strong>نتیجه‌گیری</strong>: با توجه به بهبود قابل ملاحظه knee score و functional score زانوی عمل شده و عوارض اندک جراحی، توصیه می‌شود این عمل در صورت برقراری اندیکاسیون آن در اسرع وقت انجام شود زیرا که با مراجعه دیررس عوارض عمل جراحی تعویض مفصل زانو افزایش پیدا می‌کند.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><!--stripped--> Normal 0 false false false EN-GB X-NONE AR-SA MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 <!--stripped--><!--stripped--> <!--stripped--> <!--stripped--> <style> /* Style Definitions */ table.MsoNormalTable {mso-style-name:"Table Normal" mso-tstyle-rowband-size:0 mso-tstyle-colband-size:0 mso-style-noshow:yes mso-style-priority:99 mso-style-qformat:yes mso-style-parent:"" mso-padding-alt:0cm 5.4pt 0cm 5.4pt mso-para-margin:0cm mso-para-margin-bottom:.0001pt mso-pagination:widow-orphan font-size:11.0pt font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif" mso-ascii-font-family:Calibri mso-ascii-theme-font:minor-latin mso-fareast-font-family:"Times New Roman" mso-fareast-theme-font:minor-fareast mso-hansi-font-family:Calibri mso-hansi-theme-font:minor-latin mso-bidi-font-family:Arial mso-bidi-theme-font:minor-bidi} </style> <!--stripped--> <strong>Background:</strong> Knee arthrosis is one of the most common and debilitating diseases in the advanced ages. Regarding the fact that knee arthroplsty is the definitive and ultimate treatment for this disease, we survey the short term result of this modality.<br><strong>Methods:</strong> In this survey 34 patients with knee arthrosis who have been admitted in Dr ali shariati university hospital, Tehran, Iran in a five years period (2001-2006) and have undergone knee arthroplasty. The relationship between, gender and the operation results were evaluated using the system of knee society knee score before and after the operation, causes of arthrosis, prosthesis to be used and the complications of the surgery.<br> <strong>Results</strong>: patients included 20 females and 14 males with the mean age of 67.37±5.25 year and the age specterum (51-78). In 15 patients the operation was done only in right knee, in 5 patients in the left knee and in 14 patients both knees were operated.
