fa هپاتیت ناشی از هالوتان: گزارش موردی <p dir="rtl" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify" class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt">زمینه و هدف</span></strong><span style="font-size: 8pt">:</span><span style="font-size: 8pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 8pt">هپاتیت حاد از عوارض هالوتان می‌باشد که در موارد شدید با مرگ و میر 50 درصدی همراه می‌شود. به علت این عارضه استفاده از هالوتان در آمریکا و اروپا برای بیهوشی بزرگسالان ممنوع است. هر گاه بیمار به دنبال بیهوشی با هالوتان دچار ایکتر و افزایش شدید آنزیم‌های کبدی شود تشخیص هپاتیت هالوتانی مطرح می‌شود البته سایر تشخیص‌های افتراقی زردی بعد از عمل جراحی، باید بررسی و کنار گذاشته شود. هپاتیت هالوتانی درمان ندارد و بهترین راه درمان پرهیز از استفاده از هالوتان است.</span><span style="font-size: 8pt"> </span><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt"><br></span></strong></p><p dir="rtl" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify" class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt">معرفی بیمار:</span></strong><span style="font-size: 8pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 8pt">خانم 28 ساله‌ای به‌دنبال دریافت بیهوشی با هالوتان برای سزارین، دچار هپاتیت شدید شد و بعد از یک ماه بستری و بهبود حال عمومی مرخص شد</span><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt">. <br></span></strong></p><p dir="rtl" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt direction: rtl unicode-bidi: embed text-align: justify" class="MsoNormal"><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt">نتیجه‌گیری:</span></strong><span style="font-size: 8pt"> </span><span style="font-size: 8pt">استفاده از هالوتان در بیهوشی بزرگسالان به‌علت عوارض بالقوه آن باید مورد تجدید نظر قرارگرفته و محدود گردد.</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Background:</strong> Acute hepatitis is upon serious complications of halothane usage, can be associated with 50% mortality in severe cases. Use of halothane as inhalational anesthetic or use of it for maintenance of anesthesia is restricted/ prohibited in USA and most European countries. The occurrence of icterus and elevated liver enzymes after halothane anesthesia may be due to the drug induced hepatitis.</p> <p style="text-align: justify"><strong>Case report</strong><strong>:</strong> we report a 28 year old woman with acute hepatitis after cesarean section under halothane anesthesia, fortunately discharged to home 40 days after that.
